Star Vs. the Forces of Evil

(Fan-fiction continuation) After the dimensional barrier between Mewni and Earth merged, Star and Marco's lives were filled with lively cross-dimensional adventures. Even former villains became entertaining characters in their peaceful new lives, but beneath the seemingly endless calm, danger was brewing.

Black markings suddenly appeared on Star's palm, and the royal wand began trembling strangely, heralding the awakening of an ancient shadow. A lifeless black rift split the sky, and Eris, who called himself Mewni's “shadow,” appeared. He was the twin brother of the first queen, Solena, who had been stripped of his right to inherit the throne and sealed in the gap between dimensions for a thousand years. Now he had returned as a shadow to seek revenge.

Eris commanded an army of shadows that devoured magic and light, and peace between the two worlds collapsed in an instant. Star and Marco stood side by side once more, joining forces with Ludo, Pony Head, and their other friends. Armed with Mewni magic and Earth's courage, they confronted the royal secret that had been buried for centuries.

With the balance between light and shadow broken, Star had to protect both worlds from destruction and heal the thousand-year-old rift in Mewni's royal family, so that starlight could shine through the gap between dimensions once again.
