Taking Charge of the New District: I Declare a Restricted Zone in Nanshan

Nanshan County, the “appendix” of Handong Province, is a “deep-water zone” where power struggles run rampant.

Jin Yao is given the mission at a critical moment. He must not only face a mess of poverty and ruin, but also fend off the predatory schemes of all sorts of “old foxes.”

Capital wants a piece of the pie? Jin Yao: “Put them on the blacklist. They’re banned from Nanshan for life!”

Opponents want to tempt him with sweet-talking bribes? Jin Yao: “The recorder’s already on. Turn left when you leave and go turn yourself in.”
