Synopsis

Synopsis (Slice of life, combat, and the main storyline)

On the far eastern land ravaged by Honkai, the wandering girl Kiana Kaslana presses onward, carrying the hope of finding her father. On the brink of death in the Siberian wilderness, the crystal flower pendant at her chest gives off a faint glow. An awareness named Mo awakens within it, sharing her body and becoming bound to her in a symbiotic bond.

Mo is a mysterious soul dwelling in the pendant, with no past and no home. All she has are cold instincts for battle and fragments of broken memories: a blurred figure with pink hair, a gentle whisper, a land consumed by flames, and the words “Keep living,” etched into her soul. These are all that remain of her. Cool and distant, she has made protecting Kiana part of her instinct. She is the girl's “external brain,” an unrivaled blade in times of crisis, and a lonely guardian hidden within the sea of consciousness, unable even to reach out and touch her.

Kiana's vibrant brightness reaches the soul that Mo has kept dormant for millennia. Mo's quiet protection sustains Kiana through her turbulent journey. Sharing warmth, battles, and everyday meals, they travel together from life on the road to a town rife with danger, and then to Changkong City, where trouble stirs beneath the surface. Before long, they have become the closest family to each other.

But the maze deep within the sea of consciousness, the masterless throne, and the secrets of the crystal flower continue to surround the mystery of Mo's origins. The unusual admission to Qianyu Academy, dangers lurking in the shadows, and the secret protection offered by Kiana's father, Siegfried, are also gradually lifting the veil.

When a soul with a mysterious past meets a girl who keeps moving forward, she is no longer alone. The search for her father, the mystery of Mo's origins, and the shadow of Honkai: together, they will face every danger and unknown that lies ahead.

Are There Really No Good Honkai Impact 3rd Fanfiction Novels Anymore?

I'm a longtime Honkai Impact 3rd captain. I especially love fanfiction based on Honkai Impact 3rd, but it feels like there are fewer and fewer good stories lately. Most are by beginner writers trying their hand at publishing their first book. I'm searching for quality Honkai Impact 3rd fanfiction.
