Su Wanxing of Xingluo Town in 2022 and Lin Yu of Xingcheng in 2025 are bound by the stars and a pair of old pocket watches. On a starry night on the fifteenth day of the lunar month, they switch bodies. As they go from awkward strangers to trusted companions, their memories slowly fade across the divide of time and space. When Lin Yu discovers that Xingluo Town is about to suffer a devastating meteor impact, and that the disaster is closely connected to his mother's death, he journeys across time to uncover the truth. At last, as the Starfall Tide arrives, their minds resonate and they join forces to save the town and recover their lost memories. Beneath a sky raining stars, they reunite and continue their fated bond across time and space.
