Rules Hunting Ground

The world is ruled by "rules": trigger is settled, and the price must fall. The only way for humans to ascend is to become a lawyer who can "establish laws". The protagonist starts in the "Ten Contract Business Alliance", and his public identity is a contract lawyer - making business from exemptions, guarantees, breach of contract and compensation; secretly, he hides the only second core of law in the world: cause and effect. When the "Code of Prohibition" turns the city into a prison of compliance, he can only use the terms to buy his life, the loopholes for heads, and the price to redeem himself.
