I was just a carp used as food for predatory fish, until one night, I swallowed the Classic of Mountains and Seas.
Reborn in a fish tank, I became the predators' "living bait." The knife-shaped scar on my forehead, like the character for "person," was my medal from the first day I struggled to survive.
By day, I dodge the razor-sharp teeth of alligator gars and the attacks of platinum arowanas, surviving by the skin of my teeth with my ghostly movements. I've become the "source of chaos" that drives my owner, A Zhe, mad with hatred.
By night, my soul falls into the primeval wilderness of the Classic of Mountains and Seas. Starting with devouring a venomous snake, I set out on the path to becoming a dragon.
[Devour a Yingyu, learn Water Arrows]. [Bite a Zheng beast, grow fiery scales]... Every bit of growth in the otherworld is reflected in my body in the real world.
I incite giant beasts to fight each other, recruit a dragon turtle as my shield, tame a fierce eel as my spear, and turn the entire tank of predatory fish into my personal army.
Then my body begins to "turn to light," and the giant beasts follow me, all transmigrating together in the dead of night.
We wage war across the world of mountains and seas, while our bodies gradually disappear from the real world.
As my owner, A Zhe, breaks down over the empty tank, I will lead my army from the world of mountains and seas to the edge of the primeval wilderness, where we will forge the legend of the true dragon anew.
