Honghuang: Lord of Calamity, Punisher of Heaven and Earth

(Primordial world setting + behind-the-scenes scheming + no heroine + no System) In the primordial world, all living beings vie for supremacy, each taking their turn in the spotlight. The great war of the ferocious beasts has just come to an end. The Dragon, Phoenix, and Qilin Clans rise rapidly, while a consciousness arrives in the far north at this very moment. The Four Fierce Beasts command the calamities of the primordial world. As long as calamity endures, the aura of the ferocious beasts will never fade. A thundercloud is born from the innate Dao of Thunder, but becomes tainted by Qiongqi's savage aura. As that aura grows stronger, it seeks to transform the cloud's body into a ferocious beast and return once more to the world. Yet the pure rises as the turbid sinks, and the turbid rises as the pure falls. Nothing in this world is set in stone. With the heavens and earth lending their power, Qiongqi may not get its wish. More likely, they will all perish together. By chance, however, this consciousness collides with them. The innate Dao of Thunder, the calamities of the primordial world, and a wandering soul from another world become one, beginning a tale of the primordial world that belongs to “Daoist Lei'e” alone.
