The three-foot podium reflects the spring and autumn, and a piece of letter paper hides the joys and sorrows. New teachers who are new to the podium must not only deal with the youthful worries of rebellious students, but also deal with the complex interpersonal relationships on campus and in the workplace. The stories hidden in lesson plans and meeting minutes will eventually be revealed one by one. This is a campus chronicle about the collision between educational ideals and workplace reality, describing the growth and perseverance of young teachers.
