Requirements for Staying in Room 404

My mom needed money for her treatment, so I rented a haunted house for just 500 yuan a month to save money. On the night I moved in, my phone automatically installed an app called Resident Rules. Rule One: If you hear your neighbor crying in the middle of the night, don't open the door. Now she's begging outside, saying something is chasing her. A new message pops up on my phone: Optional Mission: [Save the Neighbor]. Countdown: 60 seconds.
