Welcome to the dangerous yet prosperous modern metropolis of [Rolgati]. It is a hotbed of crime, from kidnappings and shootings to illegal dealings and rampant gangs. It is also a place where you might make a fortune overnight and achieve your dreams of success. You can pursue your ideal life here, but it will always come at a [small] price...

If you’re unlucky enough to get into [trouble], head to Kolo’s Bar right away and write down your [request]. There, the owner, Kolo, and the “Executioner,” Sei, will do everything they can to help you overcome whatever difficulties you face. Besides preparing enough [compensation], all you need to do is remember the following:

① Post your request on the bar’s noticeboard!

② Be honest with the “Executioner.” Don’t try to deceive her...

③ Don’t ask about their past, because those are the darkest, heaviest secrets they want buried deep in their hearts...
