Lucky Little Sprout: Mom Is a Brilliant Pediatrician

Wen Yushu, a top modern pediatric intern, is gravely injured in an attack by a disgruntled patient and opens her eyes to find herself transmigrated into the body of Wen Caiyao, a peasant woman and princess consort in the Third Prince's household who had faked her death by hanging. The original owner was foolish and uncouth. In a bid to win the favor of the cold-faced prince, Lu Shiyan, she had secretly harmed her own son, Lu Zhiheng, and ultimately ended up banished to the Cold Palace, where she took her own life.

Taking over the body, Wen Yushu despises the original owner's wicked deeds and feels for the frail, pitiful Lu Zhiheng. She immediately abandons her escape plan and resolves to protect the adorable child with her pediatric skills. She barges into the heir's residence, cures Zhiheng's hidden ailment, and unlocks the child's lucky-star constitution. She also opens Zhiyu Hall, using her superb medical skills to face-slap quacks and crush the Imperial Medical Academy. From a young physician in the capital, she rises to become a pediatric genius revered by every nation.

In the inner household, she tears apart her white-lotus half-sister Wen Ruowei and the vicious secondary consort Su Lianyue. At court, her unmatched skill in medicine and poison helps Lu Shiyan clear the obstacles to claiming the throne and quell a rebellion. The cold-faced prince goes from indifference and disdain to possessive devotion, while the Ninth Prince loves her deeply but accepts his defeat with grace. In the end, Wen Yushu rises from an abandoned consort in the Cold Palace to the throne of Empress, bringing her two lucky-star children with her. She heals the people, helps the emperor usher in a golden age, and writes a legend of a miracle-working physician by the emperor's side, surrounded by blessings and joy.
