After working for two years, Zhang Zhiming, a former medical student, could no longer endure the intensity of hospital work.
Still, he chose to follow his heart and go back to school. He took the college entrance exam again and enrolled at a university to study journalism. He loved literature so much that he kept writing novels for money in his spare time.
But disaster struck just as the spring semester of his freshman year began. A virus suddenly swept in, catching the entire world off guard as one region after another fell. Zhang Zhiming was the big brother in his dorm.
As he looked at his new friends, all of them looking to him,
there were a warrior, a bandit, a chubby guy, a scholar-warrior, Kuangyin, and EZ. He immediately decided to keep them alive!
No System, no golden finger, no helpful prompts. They would survive on experience alone.
There are occasional moments of brutal action. This isn’t a mindless power fantasy, and the cast isn’t all male: there are lots of female friends too. If that’s not for you, don’t read!
