It can jump the user's consciousness twelve times in the future with a very short delay (0.01 Second), and "flash" forward for a total of 0.12 Seconds. During these twelve "thirteenth seconds", the user can foresee what will happen a few tenths of a second later, and complete actions that ordinary people cannot imagine.
