A scion of a powerful family rode up on an S-rank dragon to provoke me.

Behind Lu Xinghe, the Nine-Tailed Sky Fox opened its Eye of Reincarnation, the Undying Phoenix spread its wings and scorched the heavens, and the Sky-Swallowing Kun coiled like a mountain.

“I hear you’re competing to see whose pet is rarer?”

At the national competition, when all twelve Mythical pets descended at once, the trembling referee announced:

“This year’s champion… means we’ll have to redefine the rules of the competition.”
