A Chance Meeting Off-Peak

The aloof, chaste lawyer Shen Yanzhi falls in love at first sight with Su Wanyin, a naturally stunning beauty, but they keep missing each other, and he mistakenly thinks she's already seeing someone.

Still, he holds fast to the belief that “as long as she's not married, anything is possible” and pursues Su Wanyin relentlessly.

One unexpected mishap after another complicates his attempts to win her heart, but Su Wanyin is gradually moved by Shen Yanzhi and falls for him.

However, there is no shortage of admirers around either Su Wanyin or Shen Yanzhi, and they try to sabotage their relationship and drive a wedge between them.

Yet these obstacles only strengthen their bond, and the two gradually move toward a love that is mutual.
