I Think I Can Still Be Saved

I woke up to find I'd become the wicked supporting female character in a novel.

The male lead, my childhood friend, treated me like his own little sister, but in the original story I was consumed by jealousy of the heroine, made trouble at every turn, and ultimately died a gruesome sacrificial death.

To hell with romance! I hurriedly latched onto the original novel's leads, refining pills to win their favor and resolving to be a sweet, beloved member of the group.

But why is the plot getting stranger and stranger?

Even the original novel's merciless villain has become my personal bodyguard: "You saved my life. From now on, I'm yours."

Wait... I think I can still turn this around!
