The Magical Thief: Eye of Light

{Locke} is widely recognized as the continent’s top magic thief. With his quick reflexes and spells for invisibility and lockpicking, he specializes in stealing the treasures wicked people have plundered and returning them to their rightful owners. When he accepts a job to steal the “Eye of Light,” a gem in the Dark Count’s collection, he thinks it will be a routine commission. Instead, he discovers that the count is using the gem to study dark magic and plans to rule the continent. To prevent a catastrophe, Locke abandons his plan to return the gem to his employer and flees with it. With the Dark Count’s pursuers closing in at every turn, Locke repeatedly escapes death using his thieving skills and magic. In the end, he will use the gem that purifies darkness to destroy the evil laboratory and put an end to the count’s ambition.
