In the wasteland after a nuclear war, radiation raged, giving birth to mutants with special abilities. {Lei} can sense and control weak radiation, but because of his identity, he is regarded as a "monster" by ordinary humans. He is ostracized by the mutant community and spends his days on the run. In a desperate situation, he rescued Su Qing, a female scientist who was studying radiation mutation, and learned that the "radiation core" left over from the nuclear war contained pure energy - which could not only purify the wasteland of radiation, but also resolve the gap between the two races. However, the core is occupied by the ambitious mutant leader "Blood Claw", who attempts to rule the wasteland. In the end, Lei used Su Qing's device to absorb the core energy, exploded his potential and defeated the Blood Claw, allowing the pure energy to nourish the earth and breed the first radiation-free vegetation in the wasteland.
