He is Marineford's mischievous genius, gifted with an astonishing aptitude for the Six Powers and a photographic memory. His rare talent for awakening all Three Types of Haki makes Garp pinch his cheeks and tease him, draws quiet sighs from Sengoku, and catches the attention of the Three Admirals.
When Zephyr's "resolve not to kill" collides with his determination to "eradicate evil completely," when the Marines' rules clash with the Celestial Dragons' monstrous crimes, and when Luffy's banner of freedom clashes with his vision of peace, Leon will spread his golden roc wings, overturn this upside-down world, and carve a path toward dawn, free of pirates and oppression.
"My justice isn't a set of rules bestowed by the Celestial Dragons. It is my wings, protecting everyone who never wants to shed another tear."
