I didn't understand how the male protagonist fell in love with the female protagonist, and he fell in love with her as soon as she came in. After reading 30 chapters, I can probably summarize a pattern: 1. When the heroine gets into trouble, she goes to see the concubine, and then the hero gets angry and wants to deal with those people. The heroine Quan persuades the hero not to alert the snake, but he still handles it. 2. Anyone will come to help the heroine and remind her to be careful. 3. The heroine read the medical books handed down from her ancestors and found that her medical skills were better than those of the old doctor at the Imperial Hospital.
