I Am the Stock God

Li Yifeng, 26, is a rural college graduate with an easygoing nature and a kind heart. After losing his job, he makes a cramped home in a convenience store. A scrap of cigarette-pack paper with no return address completely changes the course of his life. Following the stock trends marked on it, he navigates the 2023 stock market with ease, watching his assets soar from 25,000 yuan to over a hundred million. He helps a barbecue-stall owner and a young entrepreneur, while also weathering a romantic crisis brought on by mistaken identities. When his final stock trade of 2023 is complete, he looks at the scrap of paper that has fulfilled its purpose and finally understands that the real test is how to face his true self after coming into wealth.
