The Resentment of Two Snakes in Mount Tai

In the thirty-fifth year of the Dali calendar, at Yuquan Temple in Mount Tai, there were two thousand-year-old pythons, Mo Lin and Bai Wu, guarding the ground and coexisting with the monks and people. A sudden fire breaks out in the temple. The two pythons sacrifice their lives to put out the fire, but they attract Jia San and the spider demon Su Jiuniang, who covet the golden elixir. Jia San pretended to donate money to stay in the temple, and Su Jiuniang induced him to cooperate. The two used illusion magic to disguise themselves as "Xuan Chen" and poisoned Mo Lin. Bai Wu lost control of her grief and anger, and wanted to bloodbath Yuquan Temple to avenge her husband. Xuan Chen couldn't argue. At the critical moment, the golden elixir in Jia San's arms accidentally fell, and the truth began to emerge. Bai Wu was possessed by hatred and attacked the villagers and monks in the Sutra Pavilion. Manjusri Bodhisattva came with the boy and restored the truth with a precious mirror.
