On a midsummer afternoon, a seemingly clear case of suicide by hanging in an apartment relieved the criminal police captain Zhao Meng, who was eager to complete the work and meet KPIs. However, Lu Chen, the taciturn and out-of-place young detective in the team, discovered the fatal flaw from a chair that fell at the feet of the deceased. The closed secret room, the locked doors and windows, the unfinished top-quality Dahongpao on the coffee table, the abnormally moist succulent flowerpots on the balcony... Lu Chen relied on his powers of observation and logical deduction far beyond ordinary people to overturn the conclusion of "suicide" step by step, and connected the clues into a thread: the deceased Lin Xiao, an accountant of a foreign company, was carefully planned and murdered by an acquaintance because he discovered the secret of a colleague's embezzlement of public funds. From the toppling path of the chair to the fresh wear and tear on the window frame, from the sleeping pill residue in the tea to the round timer taken away by the murderer, Lu Chen believed that "no matter how perfect the crime is, there are logical loopholes", he peeled off the cocoon to restore the truth, and guided the team to identify the real murderer - Wang Jian, the financial manager of the deceased company. This is not only a competition to solve the secret room murder, but also a resistance to "perfunctory closing of the case". It writes about the persistence of an aloof detective who uses details to defend justice and speak out for the silent dead.

Everything else is pretty good, except that at the beginning, the behavior of the captain and team members did not appear to be particularly responsible. They were not so serious about the case and were rather perfunctory, which did not fit the true image of the police.
This is no longer within the scope of application and should be classified as counter-terrorism, [laughing and crying]
