The day the Yun Yuan Kingdom fell, I, the last surviving member of its royal bloodline, watched my father sacrifice himself in an explosion to protect the kingdom's fate.
As we fled, I awakened the “Eyes of All Realms,” which could see through the true nature of myths, but I could summon only the weakest book spirits.
The enemy's cavalry trampled our land, and people mocked me: “What can a princess who can't even fully summon a guardian spirit do to restore her kingdom?”
It was only at the brink of life and death that I touched the true law of mythology:
“Power comes from understanding, not taking.”
And so I embarked on a path to command the gods that no one had ever dared to imagine:
I used the Azure Dragon of the East to guard the northern frontier, Norse heroes to defend the borders, the Egyptian cycle of rebirth to ferry souls, and Greek divine fire to burn the enemy armies.
Those who once abandoned, betrayed, and mocked me would eventually witness this:
The gods would bow their heads to me, and I would rebuild nations anew.
And I, Yun Zhao, would carve out a dawn for humankind in this age of rising gods and encroaching powers, for the sake of my kingdom.
