The rhythm is pretty good, but there are too many things going on and it never stops.
I feel like you write the ending first and then the beginning of your novel. Every time you read the end, you start talking about the beginning to the end.
The book is okay, but the first person is rarely written in the present person, and I suddenly feel uncomfortable reading it.
