Film photographer Lu Shiyi was frustrated in the city and returned to his hometown of Yunbian Town. The childhood sweetheart teacher Shen Weixi is still holding on, while the old photo studio left by his grandfather is facing demolition. Between the roar of the bulldozers and the lights of the darkroom, he must choose: pursue the so-called future, or protect the "eyes of this town" and reveal his true self on the last negative of his hometown.
