2026 True martial arts.
In the ninth year of the Sui Dynasty (AD 613), outside Yumen Pass in the Western Regions, a man named Li Sen had been silent in the yellow sand for ten years. Ten years ago, he was Yang Sen, the youngest sixth-grade chief arrester of the Chang'an Criminal Department. Due to the "Suzaku Street Murder Case", his entire family was wiped out, and he only escaped with his life. Ten years later, a broken Hengdao, an unknown corpse, and a seven-lock jade box dragged him back to the world he vowed to forget. From the Hexi Corridor to the dark alleys of Chang'an, from the Turkic tents to the Luoyang Palace, when all the clues pointed to the name he should have forgotten, Li Sen finally understood: In these troubled times, the sharpest blades are often hidden in the deepest lies.
Reader comments
It is well written. First, a man who knows martial arts solves crimes in ancient times. It hits home that men love war and satisfy their vanity fantasies. I thought I was the male protagonist: hot-blooded and smart. Second, there is no ambiguity or vulgarity. Third, there is always suspense.
After listening to 5 chapters, the writing is good and this book has great potential.
It's not sloppy, it's very passionate, the writing is good, and the character descriptions are quite profound.
It's so beautiful. I recommend it.
Good book, such martial arts are indeed rare these days. After the golden age and the yellow days, martial arts are becoming increasingly rare!
The plot is compact and not procrastinating, and the story clues are clear
