Male Anesthesiologist: The Forbidden Zone of the Gynecological OR

Qi Yan becomes a male anesthesiologist at a gynecology hospital. Every day, facing the screams and rejection of female patients, he is an unwelcome “intruder.” His colleague Cao Lin’s teasing, nurse Sun Yu’s probing, and the gulf between him and Yang Xue, the director he secretly loves, leave him walking on eggshells. Worse still, villain Zheng Hao keeps tightening the screws at work, his family is threatened by the thug Liu “Scarface,” and the weight of his younger sister Qi Yue’s tuition fees is nearly too much to bear. Then he steps into Huichuntang, a clinic tucked deep in an alley, and meets Wen Qing, heir to an ancient medical tradition. She gives him silver needles and teaches him an ancient method: “The highest form of medicine heals the heart; lesser medicine heals the body.” From then on, in the operating room... His anesthetic needle can quell pain, while his ancient silver-needle techniques can calm hearts and keep all manner of evil at bay. “I’m not a System Host. I’m just a doctor.” “But my needles can show you what true ‘anesthesia’ means.”
