My System Is a Total Rip-Off 2

Other people's Systems defy fate and change their lives, but the protagonist's System is so infuriating it makes him spit blood. He uses his wits to turn the tables on it, making for a thoroughly satisfying story. The System has him under its thumb early on, but later he gets the upper hand, steadily turning his fortunes around and delivering face-slapping to the villains. System rewards always come with a catch, crucial missions always hide a trap, and whenever a villain appears, the System always stirs up trouble. The traps follow a pattern, so they never feel out of place.
