It tells the story of a rural girl who grew up in a poor mountain village and made her way out of the mountains through her own efforts. She was betrayed when she thought she had achieved both career and love. She continued to grow upward amidst various setbacks and finally achieved a counterattack in life by relying on knowledge, hard work and literature.
