Journey to the West: Transmigrated as Tang Sanzang, This Holy Monk Is No Saint

After transmigrating as Tang Sanzang, Tang Sen decides to become an unconventional Pilgrim.

With a quirky Journey to the West crew at his side, including a hotheaded Monkey Brother, a lovesick pig demon, a simple-minded river monster, and the White Bone Spirit sisters, he sets off on a hilarious, offbeat journey west.

Along the way, he outwits demons, solves the mysteries of the Seven Emotions, and even takes on a few side hustles: mediating family disputes in Gao Village, developing tourism at Flaming Mountain, and reforming a cult on Seven Emotions Mountain...

When even Spirit Mountain turns out to be different, Tang Sen finally realizes that the truest “scriptures” were written long ago on this one-way road.

This is a story about pursuing the scriptures while stirring up trouble, and ultimately rewriting the rules of the Journey to the West.
