He is the most ordinary of knights. Born of humble stock on the frontier of the continent of Cordia, he came into the world in a chaotic land, amid darkness and filth, in a place where not a single flower could grow. Yet the people hailed him as the Holy Sword of Light, the blade of the Holy Light.

He shattered the supposedly invincible darkness of legend. Leading the Imperial Knights and following his lord, he carved a new future out of despair and charged toward the source of chaos.

He betrayed the emperor, challenging him to a duel as a citizen of the empire. He was a rebel and a regicide, yet even when facing the king, the sovereign himself, he still raised his sword.

People considered him stubborn and old-fashioned. Fine, he admitted he was rather dull. Wherever my lord points, there lies my heart. Anything else? Nothing.
