The green coverage circle representing the network signal shrank less than a hundred meters from the entrance of the village, as if trapped by an invisible barrier. The contiguous gray area deep in the village was the hardest nut to crack for their "Digital Enlightenment Plan in the Deep Mountains of Yunnan and Guizhou."
