One Piece: From the Start with the Golden-Winged Roc Fruit

After a flash of white light brought him to the Pirate King world, the protagonist found himself stranded on a deserted island from the start. He trained there and obtained the Mythical Zoan Golden-Winged Roc Fruit. Later, he joined the Roger Pirates as their tenth member. After witnessing history, he chose to keep sailing according to his own will, beginning a grand adventure.

Before Chapter 60, he’ll hone his skills and build up his strength. The tone is light and focused on everyday life, training, and sparring. He won’t cheat by using his speed in fights, though that doesn’t mean he won’t show it off. The power fantasy kicks in after Chapter 60.

The first part of Volume One mainly focuses on training and daily life, with more battles later on. Oda has made the power scaling a real headache, so I’ll just go by the manga and try to keep things reasonable. Within 80 chapters, he’ll reach the upper tier of the Shichibukai, excluding that overpowered monster Hawkeye, and the level of an Admiral Candidate. Within 300 chapters, he’ll kill Kaido.
