A mysterious "judgment list" began to circulate in the city. The people on the list are all criminals who cannot be punished by the law. They died one after another in carefully designed "live broadcast executions", and the executioners called themselves "judges". Interpol Lu Chen is ordered to investigate, but finds that the victim of an old case that he failed to solve many years ago is among them. How to solve the problem, and how will the story develop?
