Synopsis

When the spark of civilization on Earth was still no more than a faint, flickering light in myths and legends, another experiment in “creating gods,” spanning the sea of stars, had already begun in secret. The Sun God’s twin sister, Abo; the New Moon Goddess falls in love with Erlang Shen, then plays matchmaker for Chang’e Chang Ying: A girl with extraordinary eyesight and a natural gift for archery. She carries a classified file from Bureau 749. The red-and-black bracelet on her left wrist is the only thing that sets her apart from ordinary people, and the key to sealing her bloodline. Aske: A young man of mixed ancient Greek and Huaxia ancestry. The half-arrow pendant on his chest always grows hot at certain moments, drawing him closer to an ancient destiny. Si Jiao: A cheerful girl fascinated by the study of mythology, who unknowingly becomes the key link connecting every secret. Zhuge Qian: A wealthy young man with a mysterious background. The sandalwood fan in his hand seems always to stir the ripples of fate. When the four meet at Qingbei University and are drawn into a strange “military training” exercise, they realize that ancient undercurrents are churning beneath the calm surface of campus life. Myths are not fiction. Zeus of Mount Olympus, Hou Yi of ancient Huaxia, the Anunnaki of Sumer, Ra of Egypt… The gods said to have “descended from the heavens” in myths around the world were actually visitors from extraterrestrial civilizations with advanced technology. In the name of the “gods,” they seeded civilization on Earth, carrying out a “civilization incubation experiment” that has lasted tens of thousands of years. The blood flowing through Chang Ying and Aske is the most unusual “divine bloodline” in the experiment: one is descended from the “Sun Slayer,” and the other from the “Sun God.” Was their meeting a program written long ago, or an accidental bug?

Top-Tier Sci-Fi Novels with Huge Ideas!

Not the usual bland stuff. Science fiction should actually feel like science fiction, but every tech tree is the same old thing: nuclear power and dark matter. I'm sick of it. Give me something with a fully realized world, consistent logic, and a completely original field of science!
