The Walking Dead: The Age of Awakening

When Doomsday descends and the undead roam, Rick Grimes wakes from a coma to find that the world is no longer what it was. Yet on this desperate wasteland, destruction is not the only story. Evolution is quietly taking place in both the living and the dead.

Amid the ruins of Atlanta, Rick and his companions face more than shambling ghouls. They encounter mutants that can hunt cooperatively and even possess strange abilities. More terrifying still, they discover that they are changing too: Rick gains "Hawk-Eye Vision," letting him see the course of impending danger; Daryl awakens the "Hunter's Instinct," which lets him track anything; Michonne develops a deadly resonance with her sword; and Carol can even sense the vague emotions of the walkers... Their gifts become new shackles, and their power comes at an unknown cost.
