God's Beginner's Assignment

Chen Zhou is a creator god.

The first world is a world of magic.

Humans raise monsters underground. Four hundred million die, until an old man blows himself up and turns into light.

The second world is an ocean of secret treasures.

The endless sea hides countless treasures, and countless greed. Some grow rich overnight; others end up in the belly of a fish. Something beneath the sea is laughing.

The third world is a collection of rule-based horror stories.

Don’t cross on a red light. Don’t look in the mirror. Don’t turn around at midnight.

No one knows who made the rules.

Chen Zhou watches these three worlds from above.

For a long time.

Then he says, “Next, let’s make it more thrilling.”
