I'm Great Ming's Handsome Man, Xiao Longlong

Identity: You transmigrate as Li Jinglong, the legitimate son of Li Wenzhong, a historical figure. The year is 1386.

From the start: You are Zhu Yuanzhang’s favorite grandnephew, and have been in and out of the palace since childhood, playing with the princes. Your father is a founding general, while you are known for your charm and love of the finer things.

Core conflict: You know Li Jinglong’s historical reputation for being all talk and no action, and how his story ends. Right now, you’re merely a spoiled noble with no military talent. You want to change your fate, but any sudden display of diligence and studiousness could look suspicious to Zhu Yuanzhang, a deeply mistrustful man. Do you keep playing the harmless wastrel, or risk trying to change things? And with your father’s delicate relationship with Zhu Yuanzhang, who once reprimanded Li Wenzhong for speaking out of turn, every step feels like walking on thin ice.
