The Celestial Forge

This is a novel about "fire". It is not a fire in the ordinary sense, but the fire of civilization, the residual warmth of memory, and the light that never goes out in the eyes of the watcher. When I first read "Return to the Ruins Watch", I thought I was just watching a traditional fantasy work - the protagonist has superpowers, fights against evil forces, and saves the world. But as the chapters progressed, I gradually realized that the real ambition of this work is far greater than "saving the world".
