In 1940, 19-year-old Song Xiuyuan, a member of the "Anti-Japanese Rape Killing Group", had a dual identity: On the surface, he was the nephew of the puppet army general, and during the day he presented himself as a wealthy young man; secretly, he was the "scholar killer" who frightened the Japanese and puppets, and had carried out many anti-rape missions. Late at night on August 6, due to the traitor's betrayal, his hiding place in Mengbi Hutong, Peking, was surrounded by Japanese and puppet military police. Song Xiuyuan burned confidential documents in a desperate situation, guarded the kitchen alone with a pistol, and engaged in a deadly gun battle with dozens of enemies, and was shot several times. After his arrest, he remained steadfast in the hospital and died in the early morning of August 8 at the age of 19.
