I Submitted a Weather Control Device: Prosperity and Good Weather for the Whole Nation

Chen Xing awakens the [Universal Weather Control System], only to discover that its growth is a bottomless pit. Personal bankruptcy? He promptly hands it over to the state! From then on, he becomes a national treasure: "Asset Number Zero."

Not enough electricity? The state builds power plants! Not enough power plants? The whole nation manufactures "crystal cores!"

When rival nations provoke him, he responds with the climate's humiliating "four seasons in one day." When an aircraft carrier approaches, he sends a dense "ghost maze" fog that lasts a week. When the world imposes a blockade, he turns around and uses "good weather" to attract the world's top talent and capital, all begging to cooperate.

From controlling a breeze a meter wide to commanding weather across hundreds of kilometers, Chen Xing brings favorable weather to Huaxia and disaster after disaster to enemy nations.
