He started taking on missions, only to discover that the System was incredibly stingy and gave out far too few points. At this rate, it would take a hundred years to save enough points for Saiyan blood... But in the end, he discovered a System bug: certain System missions could grant character templates, which included that character's bloodline and potential! At last, Li Changge no longer felt hopeless. He had found his path to strength, and he would become the strongest person in the Dragon Ball world!

I read dozens of chapters and it was very well written. It's combat power. The points numbers are always wrong.
