I wrote this story in the hope that many young people with similar predicaments can be seen and told that they are not alone. The stage of life that seems to be a failure is not a complete failure. This companionship is also a kind of strength. Times are getting better, but our individual lives don't seem to be that good. I want to leave something behind in this life experience that inevitably leads to death. This novel only presents real phenomena without defining or judging them.
The story takes place in Shanghai from 2018-2025.
