A Step into the Past: Fighting Beside Xiang Shaolong in the Warring States

Li Dongzhi, a modern history student, transmigrates to the Warring States period after the events of A Step Into the Past have begun. Armed with the "script," he chooses to accompany Xiang Shaolong rather than oppose him. The two press on side by side through the turmoil of the Warring States period, guided by the creed: "Don't alter the course of history, but save the little people's fates." Li Dongzhi marries Shan Rou, a female assassin, and goes from a lonely transmigrator to the leader of the Mohist school, rooted in the Warring States period. Together with Xiang Shaolong, he writes a heartwarming legend that never made it into the history books.
