In an industrial abyss where taste has vanished, Chen Du forms a bizarre sensory link with a cave rat. He tastes the sour rot of the sewers, while the rat fears the roar of the assembly line. The link contaminates both their lives, yet it also becomes their only illegal channel for resisting a frigid world.
