Honkai: Star Rail: I’m Just a Gamer Passing Through

Bai Qiong had only taken a nap, yet woke up transmigrated into the world of a game.

The System told him that he could return to the real world after completing 100 games.

After beating the first 99 single-player games, he reached the final one: the mobile game Honkai: Star Rail.

He had thought he would take the protagonist’s place and travel with the Astral Express Crew. Instead, he turned out to be an extra passenger. Fortunately, his gaming abilities were still intact. To help the future protagonist, Stelle, adapt faster and stand on her own, he began giving her guidance.

“This thing is called a Tall Ice Fruit. It’s a hybrid of a Tall-nut, an Ice-shroom, and an Ice Peashooter, a product of the hybrid version of Plants vs. Zombies. Just plant it at the entrance and it’ll make its own cold snap creations.”

“The Divine General isn’t restricted like he is in the game. His stack-building mechanic has also been improved, just like in Currency Wars. You only need to become Jing Yuan and chop at the trees nearby with a blade to build stacks. So before the final battle, you can casually build up a few hundred stacks and land a devastating first strike on [Phantylia].”

“Amphoreus is a data world… I can summon the God-Eater to help devour that so-called Black Tide and delay the start of Re-Creation. But you need to understand, Stelle, this is only treating the symptoms, not the root cause. The mastermind should be that Luye. I think it’s time we rounded up some people and gave him a good old-fashioned group beating in the name of justice.”

“…”

“Hmm, you want to know who I really am?”

“I’m… just a game player passing through.”
