The jianghu is a place that devours people. Power struggles, greed for fame and profit, love and hate all come together to produce one hackneyed yet heartrending tale after another.
There are chivalrous heroes who help the downtrodden, ambitious warlords, bewitching enchantresses, and powerful ministers scheming for the fate of the realm…
At the root of it all, this world is simply too dull.
What if a warlord became obsessed with online gaming and shouted, “If you’re my brother, come and chop me!”?
What if countless courtesans and enchantresses competed to become singers, performing songs, dances, and sword routines as they wept onstage?
What if a famous constable became a fan of murder-mystery games, investigating cases with shocking twists?
What if young heroes formed teams and entered virtual realms to explore the Juejing Dragon Ridge, the depths of the earth, and the ocean floor, risking death at every turn?
It all begins at the Heaven on Earth scenic resort outside Silan Town! A secluded wonderland built around the sacred tree Aiwa, where everything is connected, fantasy and Chinese aesthetics coexist, and the ancient and modern worlds intertwine!
