It is only after her childhood friend dies that Nian Xiaoxing learns that all the evidence she found linking someone to her family’s deaths was fake. The real culprit is a ruthless member of the organization, and the person who killed her sister is none other than the godfather who adopted her.
After a series of events, Nian Xiaoxing loses some of her memories from the past three years due to a minor accident, and forgets the person she once loved most.
When Gu Beisi learns that Nian Xiaoxing has amnesia, he takes advantage of his good looks to ask her out every day. After much persistence, he successfully wins his girlfriend over. Fortunately, Nian Xiaoxing eventually regains her memories and gets back together with Gu Beisi.

The romance between the male and female leads isn’t written particularly well, and the male lead is a bit of a love-brain who’s good at convincing himself of things.]
