Just Because I Bought My Son a Blue Outfit, Everyone Wants Me Dead

I bought my month-old son a sky-blue onesie, and our family was enjoying a happy moment together.

But when my mother-in-law saw it, she suddenly snatched the outfit away like a madwoman and cut it to shreds, then screamed abuse at me.

“What are you thinking? How could you buy blue clothes for my grandson to wear?”

I was completely bewildered. Thinking I must have unknowingly broken some taboo, I cried and begged my husband for help when he came home.

But he gave me a glance, his face ashen.

Then he slapped me hard across the face.

What he said next left me speechless.
